At Timewade, our values are at the heart of everything that we do. 

As a business, we have over 30 years of experience working with South West SMEs to enhance performance, increase productivity, and future-proof businesses through technology. We’re passionate about delivering outstanding results, and it’s our values and our culture, as well as our expertise and experience, which enable us to do this time and time again.

In our latest blog series, we’re going to deep-dive into all six of our company values, and explore how they make a difference for our clients and inform everything that we do as a company and as individuals.

We view all of our client relationships as partnerships, built on understanding, trust, and honesty. 

We work collaboratively with all our partners to be successful with their technology. 

Key to our success is working closely with our clients to truly understand exactly what their business needs based on their immediate and long-term goals. We use this insight to find the right solution for their business and to create a technology for success roadmap, which sets out goals. This roadmap is continually monitored and reviewed to align with business goals and achievements.

Our client partnerships are founded on trust and we work hard to foster and maintain our client partnerships through regular and open communication, formal feedback channels (every 3 months) and a request for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) whenever a service desk ticket is finished, this ensures we are providing the services our clients deserve, and identifies any areas for improvement. Our approach has seen us retain clients for over ten years. 

We are proud that many of our clients tell us that we feel like an extension of their team, rather than an external provider, something which makes us stand out from other providers.  We are immersed in each of our clients and as such are invested in supporting each business to achieve its goals. Whilst technology enables many areas of business to be conducted remotely, we find our clients (and our team) value time spent working side by side, and our teams therefore visit client sites on a regular basis, usually for a full day once each month, to maintain technology, support the wider team and to make plans for the future.  

The technology we introduce is intended to support businesses for the long-term and to support business growth. We have been working with one of our partners for four and a half years, and in this time they have grown from 10 to 140 full-time employees! We’ve worked closely with their Senior Leadership Team to ensure that they have the technology in place to support this impressive growth. The client is now working on the development of a purpose built site, and we are proud to be playing an integral role in supporting them through this process. It is our ongoing commitment to partnership working which has seen us develop and maintain a reputation for customer service, and many of our clients have referred us to their business connections. 

To deliver our services, we are proud to partner with industry leaders including Microsoft and Sage. These partnerships ensure that we provide the best service for our clients, using the best technology available on the market, whether that’s Cyber Security training or Sage Business Solutions

Further to these partnerships we work with industry leaders to deliver the Technology for Success programme. Led by Timewade, the programme is delivered by experts in marketing and communication (Astley Media), human resources (Commissioning HR), finance (Bishop Fleming), law (Stephens Scown), customer experience (insight6), and innovation and learning (Minerva Learning). 

The free to join initiative provides support to SMEs looking to make the best use of their technology, and offers digital events, tech surveys, guest speakers, networking, learnings, and insights to the local business community. 

Partnership truly is at the heart of what we do, and by working collaboratively with industry leaders, our clients, and local partners we are able to provide the best technology solutions to as many businesses as we can.
