Customer Experience – Key Strategies for SMEs

Customer Experience – Key Strategies for SMEs 1920 1080 Timewade

The ongoing Covid-19 crisis has changed the way consumers are interacting with businesses. For many SMEs the customer journey – and therefore the customer experience – has been totally reinvented in response to the pandemic.

For some, these changes may be temporary. For others they will be more long-lasting, as customers change the way they access products and services.

In the next Technology for Success webinar Rhian Huxtable, a Customer Experience Specialist at Insight 6, will provide essential guidance for SMEs on how their business should already be preparing for the ‘new world’ in which we will find ourselves after lockdown.

The 45 minute webinar, an on-going series run by IT and tech specialists Timewade, will take place on Friday April 24 from 08.30 – 09.15 am. You can book your place for free here: https://bit.ly/T4Swebinar.

Rhian’s webinar will focus on the customer journey, breaking it down into four key stages of meeting the needs of your customers, both now and in the future. The session will draw on Rhian’s wealth of experience in this field and some examples of brands leading the way in looking after their customers – and some brands that aren’t.

Rhian said: “Many businesses have managed to quickly adapt their business offering and customer journey to the new reality we are working in. However, now is not the time to sit back and wait for this time to pass. Businesses should be thinking about how they can redefine their customer journey, prepare their brand for the new world and continually provide value, by working on their process and focusing on their teams as well as their customers.”

The webinar is created for South West SME business leaders who are facing challenges as they adapt their customer journey. The webinar will provide key strategies into how brands can ensure they come out of lockdown prepared and with their customers’ needs at the heart of their decisions.

Once registered, attendees can send their own questions for Rhian to answer.
