Earlier this year, our entire team took part in an Employee Culture Survey with the support of Doug Diamond at Business Improvement LLC. We didn’t know quite what to expect, just that we wanted honest, unfiltered feedback. The kind that helps you grow.

The results came back. And they were… well, incredible.

I’m not one to shout from the rooftops, but the responses we received weren’t something I could just file away in a spreadsheet. They genuinely reflect the culture we’ve built here at Timewade, and more importantly, the people who make it what it is.

That was just one of many pieces of feedback that stopped me in my tracks. Others talked about how supported they feel, the pride they have in their work, and the impact they believe they’re making, every day.
