As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to manage client accounts and produce proposals based on requirements scoped by our technical specialists. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and thrive working in a fast paced, supportive team. You will ensure your clients have up to date documentation so that decisions can be made using the data.
At Timewade we use a hybrid working model, once you have completed your induction period you will be given the option to work from home for 2 days per week. The choice of which days will be yours. You will be provided with a full home office setup consisting of a desk, chair and all the tech you need to be productive at home.As a tight-knit team, we firmly believe in multi-skilling and you will have opportunity to work closely with others. This role has a progression opportunity to the Business Technology Consultant and Project Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Build client relationships and communicate effectively at all levels within our clients businesses.
- Work with the technical team to scope new proposals.
- Keep client documentation up to date including the technology roadmap, technology cost sheet & equipment lifecycle documentation.
- Consult with third parties to compare and evaluate technology solutions.
- Communicate with clients at regular touch points defined by the business.
- Attend onsite quarterly account management meetings.
- Attend technical meetings.
- Complete site surveys for new solutions, office relocations etc.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Assist with scheduling activities for clients.
- Deliver & manage Cyber Security workshop annually to each client.
- Manage special upgrade campaigns.
- Manage client renewals for services, applications & licenses.
- Obtain feedback from clients.
- General administration duties.
You will have:
- Experience working in an office environment.
