As the Marketing Manager of a growing technology company, you will lead a successful marketing strategy in line with target client profiles to deliver relevant and high-quality leads into the business to support the new business function.

You will be accountable for the day to day implementation of the marketing plan. This includes hands on implementation of most tactics, the management of third parties where required and the effective tracking, measurement, and communication of success. Reporting to the Managing Director you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy including the setting of KPIs and budget management.

At Timewade, we use a hybrid working model. Once you have completed your induction period, you will be given the option to work from home for 3 days per week. The choice of which days will be yours. You will be provided with a full home office setup consisting of a desk, chair and all the tech you need to be productive at home.

There may be an occasional requirement to travel to clients and suppliers, also to attend events and training.

Accountabilities

• Delivering high quality leads from target client sectors into the business by utilising engaging marketing tactics on relevant channels.
• Supporting the conversion of leads to live customers by providing highly engaging sales collateral for the new business team.
• Increasing the brand awareness of Timewade to potential new customers through all relevant channels.
• The effective setting of and reporting on marketing key performance indicators.
• Closely managing and measuring all marketing activity within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the agreed marketing strategy on time, and within budget.
• Planning & creating relevant marketing content, including, blogs, graphics, brochures, data
sheets, proposal documents, presentations, website, videos and social media assets.
• Increasing client lead rates through the optimisation of content and user experience on the
Timewade website
• Creating and delivering the business’s email marketing programme to generate new
prospects.
• Managing website optimisation and SEO activity to hit growth targets.
• Keeping target client profiles up to date
• Setting core marketing key performance indicators and reporting monthly.
• Ongoing review and revision of the marketing strategy.
• Managing external agencies/freelancers for copywriting, graphic design and PR.
• Planning and organising Timewade events both online and in person.
• Planning, organising and attendance of industry events.
• Automated cold approach via email & LinkedIn
• Working with the Timewade team to collect the technical information required for all
marketing collateral.
• Managing all social media activities and community management.
• Researching and managing relevant business award entries.
• Working with key vendors to release additional marketing budget.

To be considered, you will:

Have a minimum 4 years B2B marketing experience across the following channels.

o Email marketing
o SEO
o Social Media
o Content production
o Paid Search
o Copywriting
o Website management

• Have demonstratable experience delivering B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas, including account-based marketing,
content marketing, copywriting, print, digital, social media, direct marketing, and
promotional marketing
• The ability to work well with cross-departmental team members & products, enabling
collaboration.
• Basic design experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, process driven with a high level of flexibility and a positive
attitude.
• Be well motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative.
The ideal candidate will also have the following desirable skills:
• Marketing experience in PR & Events
• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
• Experience using WordPress.
• Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro is desirable.
