The role

As an Internal Account Manager, your primary role will be to produce proposals based on requirements scoped by our technical specialists. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and thrive working in a fast-paced, supportive team.

This role will be primarily desk-based. There may be occasional requirement to travel to client sites for meetings and for training purposes.

At Timewade we use a hybrid working model. Once you have completed your induction period you will be given the option to work from home for 3 days per week. The choice of which days will be yours. You will be provided with a full home office setup consisting of a desk, chair and all the tech you need to be productive at home.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the technical team to scope new proposals
  • Keep client documentation up to date, including the technology roadmap, technology costs sheet and equipment lifecycle documentation
  • Consult with third parties to compare and evaluate technology solutions
  • Build client relationships and communicate effectively at all levels within a business
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
